What is your shipping policy?

Most items are mailed within 2 - 5 business days after payment is received (this does not include holidays or weekends). Packages are typically shipped USPS First Class which takes 2-5 days to arrive. On request we can send items Priority Mail, which takes approx 2-3 days to arrive after the item has shipped.


If you need your item(s) more quickly, please contact us and we will confirm if we are able to meet your deadline. This will depend on the item, stock levels, time available - we will always do whatever we can to fulfil your order, but will always let you know before you order if we are unable to meet a tight deadline. If no contact is made with us regarding shipping timings then our standard policy applies.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. We ship to the address given at the time of checkout only. We can't be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

 

We take great care to ensure your party box is packaged well, but Mad Hatter Party Box does not accept responsibility for items damaged in the shipping process.

 

Do you ship abroad?

Please contact us for shipping outside of the USA.

 

Can I get my shipment quicker? 

We are happy to try and expedite your order. Please contact us to discuss this option.

 

Can I collect my order?

If you wish to save on shipping costs and you are based in the San Jose area, please contact us to arrange pick up.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Madhatter Party Box accepts PayPal, Debit and Credit Card Payments.

 

What is your returns policy?

Please email us within 5 days of receiving your items to request a return authorization number. The items must be received by us within 10 days of issuing the return authorization number to receive a refund.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refundable. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned items your payment will be refunded.

 

For bespoke party boxes, all sales are final.

 

Do you offer replacement products?

We endeavor to provide the exact same product as seen on the website, however, if a specific product is unavailable we will substitute it with something similar.
